Motorola Moto Z4 - for Verizon - 128 GB - Frost White (Renewed)

I got this device to replace a moto Z3 it has definitely done so and also surpassed it. The addition of a headphone jack is of course going to be appealing to anyone. Although I have fully made the transition to Bluetooth headphones because of the previous models I still don't mind. The device itself has a much larger screen it looks clear and has very good definition. The camera on the other side although not double lens even better than the previous versions. The front camera is so sensitive and accurate that it's kind of annoying how often the lock screen will open with just me glancing at the phone. Since I'm usually trying to read the contents of the lock screen it's kind of misleading. The fingerprint reader is definitely not necessarily more convenient nor efficient it reads my finger about 75% of the time no one no matter how well it is programmed. As far as performance goes the phone keeps up with most apps and ultra HD video content. Given the price and how the phone seems to have slimmed back down since the first Moto Z3 model. I do enjoy it very much.

Just got delivered today and I absolutely love it! Both cameras work great, the phone works exactly the way it should. So happy I decided to buy this phone!

I purchased this Moto Z4 to replace a worn out Z2....I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it was promised to arrive the following Tuesday.It arrived one day early on Monday which I was happy with.I switched the SIM card from the Z2 to the Z4 and was able to use it right away.The only glitch that I had was after 1 week of use ....On a trip away from home, the phone suddenly stopped detecting the SIM card which meant that I did not have cell service as a result.....I was able to use wireless Internet at the hotel to keep using internet access on the phone in the meantime....I removed and reinserted the SIM card once I got back home and cell service was restored.Update: Unfortunately after 3 months of use, the charger port on the phone went bad and it would no longer charge. Replacement cable and charger did not fix issue.I could plug charger cord in and it would either not charge at all, or else it would charge for awhile and the battery would discharge faster than it was charging.So I had to buy another Moto Z4 phone.

I had the Moto Z3 years ago and loved it so when I saw this one I was super excited I ended up buying two one myself and one for my mom. They've been working great except for the issue on mine where the screen flickers sometimes when I unlock it or open an app. When I bought the devices it said they could be returned or replaced in x amount of days however when I try to get it replaced I'm told that my only option is to refund, wait for the phone to be received and processed, and then I'll get my refund. The issue with this is the fact that, that would leave me without a phone, which I can't have. Lesson learned on my side I guess, super disappointed in the situation and Amazon.

I had to replace my existing moto z4 and this was as simple as swapping out the sim and restoring from my last backup of the broken phone.Great item!

No me detecta la tarjeta. La pongo dentro y me aparece no se ha encontrado ninguna trajera sim y he probado con diferentes y nada. Pido ayuda a Amazon y no me dan ninguna solución solo devolver el producto y que me haga yo cargo de los gastos de envío.
