DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO THINKING THIS IS A SET! Delivered today - 1 bottle of treatment balm. No sign of the advertised ‘set’ including shampoo & conditioner. I won’t just accept this and have started the process for a refund.

It’s not shampoo or conditioner
Very disappointed with this misleading sale. I wanted the shampoo as I have run out and decided to buy a bigger bottle. As it’s says in the title shampoo and conditioners I was fuming when a treatment balm arrived and I’d already unpackaged it to use. I’m now left with a big bottle of stuff I won’t use and I don’t have my shampoo. Waste of money.

This is not a shampoo and conditioner set
I should have read the reviews before buying. What you will receive is the single bottle of moisture recovery treatment balm for thick, coarse hair as shown in the picture. I was misled by the description of shampoo and rich creamy lather. I wanted a shampoo and conditioner set. If you make the same mistake as me, you cannot return the product for a refund.
