Update- Issue was corrected.---
**update comment** Unit was replaced with a new one and it seems to be working correctly. I purchased both inside and outside unit. Both units were installed and it keeps freezing up. I have tried contacting someone and no one will return phone call.

Fan blows on high or low but only warm air does not work on auto. Does not cool at all
