Q: Has anyone ever used this in a silicone mould for making candle wax tartlets

I haven't used this in silicone moulds but I have used it on plastic and metal moulds and it works great so I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work for silicone moulds as well

Not if you are wanting it as the release agent when making the 2nd half of the 2 part mould. This does not prevent the cured silicone from adhering to the uncured side of the silicone. I used 3 coats between my initial silicone half and poured what was meant to be the 2nd half on it, let it set over night and I was left with a solid block of silicone with not even a hint of where the two sides had fused. Thankfully I was able to recover the mould but cutting my prop out but it wasn't what I expected from a product called "silicone release spray" all though it is by 'Bond it'... it certainly did that.

no it will not it is a release spray therefore there's no binding agent in it .

Q: Will this release the bond perspex and resin? If i make a mold from perspex, will this work? Tia

I have made moulds from from perspex many times and have never required a release agent just a bit of elbow grease. I now use plexi glass 1mm which is a lot easier to de-mould.
