Great device and very accurate.I was a bit concerned about placing the GPS in the magnetic waterproof case under the vehicle. As the directions indicate, you can't place it in the trunk or center console. However, I found out it worked great in the sun glass holder in my Honda Accord. How accurate is it? Here is a screen shot from the phone app. It details the exact parking spot my vehicle is parked in.

Works well within 2 blocks of true location...just needs to be charged 1 time a week instead of lasting 2 weeks.

I would like to have given this a good review, but...This was a rush purchase and came in two nights before my daughters trip to DC, over 2000 miles away. I researched online before I purchased this product and was pretty excited to get it. I wanted a little security of knowing where my minor child was. It's a parent thing.It arrived about 46% charged. I charged it all night long. When we woke, it was about 44% charged. We went online with it and drove around to check it out. It seemed to work pretty well. I came back and tried other outlets, it would not charge. I checked the connection and tried putting the gps in different positions (like I have to do when phone charger is about to go out). I left it plugged in all night again. The next morning it was 38% charged. Panic started to set in knowing my child was going to be gone for 2 weeks and over 2000 miles from home. I downloaded a free tracker from iTunes. I needed a backup if I couldn't get the gps to charge.To make a long story short, she could not get the unit to charge either. The good news was the free app worked better than I could have imagined.I got in touch with the seller through amazon. They suggested I get in touch with brick house directly.About three months later I remembered I still had the unit and was still getting charged monthly. I called brick house and stopped the subscription. They did refund me two months and offered to exchange the unit but would not refund the cost of the unit or the pouch for it.I did not want to exchange the unit and keep paying a monthly charge for a device that had failed the the task that I bought it for.Now I have a 90 dollar paper weight. Plus whatever extra the pouch for it cost.I am not leaving a negative review because of the customer service. I waited three months. I am leaving a negative review because the product came defective.

Very disappointing. It works when it wants to. You get charged a monthly fee to use it but it will stop working out of nowhere for a whole day. It will be like 30 minutes behind. The app is ok but that doesn’t always work either. Great idea in theory, but poor execution. Would not recommend

Very precise on pinpointing the location. The website and the app are easy to use. Very durable and well made. I was a little confused when I activated my device because I wasn't given a choice to pick a plan at the time of putting in my CC info. I called (yes they have customer service phone number and they speak english!). If you do not want the default $24.99 plan, you will need to call them to switch it to the plan you want. Customer service was very nice and changed it to the plan that was best for my needs. I would recommend this product.

Good device for the price. I like that there are no contracts with the company and you can cancel your service at any time. Customer service is a little iffy but they got my questions answered. The battery on the device does not last as long as you'd hope. If my device has very little movement through the day I can get a week out of the charge. If there's a lot of driving around, like on weekends, the battery dies after 2 or 3 days. The charging port and charger could be better. I feel they are flimsy and can break very easily if not carefully plugged in. The charging port cover is not very secure and sometimes falls open. The power button SUCKS!! You push it and have no idea if the device is off or on, you push it again holding it down to try to get the device off/on and still nothing. The instructions for the power button are not clear at all on how to power this device off/on. So, you end up just pushing the power button all different ways until you see lights flash and you know it's on. That is very annoying. The web site to monitor the devices is pretty good but setting up geofences can be a hassle. Getting text notifications doesn't work, only getting g email notices for geofences. The mobile app is very limited, all you can do is monitor the devices current location and the "breadcrumbs". The time stamps on the breadcrumbs aren't always accurate. There's no live tracking on the mobile app.

I was skeptical of all the good reviews i read cause you just never know if their real or not sometimes. But i bought one anyways and it did work just as advertised. Both the website and the mobile site both worked perfect for me so i was happy. Granted the battery does only last for about 4 days on 1 or 5 minute intervals but what can you do. Other than that im happy with my purchase!!

This is a very user friendly device. I installed one on all of my vehicles and the battery life works perfect but I personally have mine set up to when it's charging every time I vehicle turns on. The one down thing is I wish you could bundle the subscriptions to get a lower price.
