Tried Them All
This garlic press really works --and easily! Love the basket that removes for cleaning. All parts contain curved/beveled lovely edges that are smooth, adding much quality and nice feel when handling. Never have I had a garlic press that efficiently presses as this one. Almost all of the garlic gets minced. When pressing the garlic out, wow -- it is done so easily. No muss, no fuss, no mess. Basket/bale cleans up just great since there's no fighting the rest of the press to get to the bottom. Another thing, the swinging press part doesn't get caught up on any sides, nor does the angle hold up pressing. I'd say make the handles a little longer, but it really doesn't need longer handles to get the job done. I just LOVE it!

iT IS A GREAT TOOL DESIGNED FOR ITS PURPOSE. i AM A VERY OLD SENIOR CITIZEN, AND MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT IT IS DIFFICULT TO BE ABLE TO CRUSH A FULLY LOADED BUCKET OF GARLIC. adding ONE OR TWOPIECES OF GARLIC AT A TIME MAKES CRUSHING A SIMPLE ACTIVITY. The REULTS ARE GREAT, AND USING FRESHLY CRUSHED GARLIC IN SOME OF YOUR FOOD, MAKES A WOMDERFUL ADDITION. Overall, i AM PLEASED.

Minces ALL the garlic perfectly!
If you like your garlic minced very fine, then this is the best garlic press on I've found. I had one of those square shaped presses and they just push most of the garlic up the sides of the press and clogs up the plunger. They are only about 30% effective. This one, with the cylinder (that removes easily for cleaning) is 99% efficient! No wasted garlic oozing up around the plunger.

GREAT FOR OLDER HANDS
LOVE IT. I am getting older (60 yo) and my hands don't work like they used to. I have a square head garlic press for years and it worked fine, but this is a game changer. SOOOOO easy to press with such little effort at a fair price. I also like that the basket comes completely free from the head so it can be wash easier. Recommend.
