This works. The impact of benefits took about 24hrs to be noticeable without coffee. Mood and energy moved up to a nice stable normal without dips or spikes, I am very pleased. Coffee dramatically increased the impact and so I have dropped my coffee intake. This stuff has a seriously bitter tang that will make you pucker, I used it in coffee and it did make the coffee disgusting, but I powered through it, because the effects are worth it. Now I just dry dump it under my tongue for a quick nasty, don't breathe, dose. Watch for side effects described for this stuff to eventually come around, then start skipping days and/or reducing the dose when side effects are noticed. That is what I did to smooth things out, all really good. It has a slow reaction of 24-36 hrs to get going or taper off. Let me add, this will lower your blood pressure, so be aware of that, it dropped mine to 95/60, I didn't see that coming, so keep it in mind with anything else your taking.

Easy to use & measure (with milligram scale!). I used NALT to help keep dopamine levels boosted & also for a jolt of extra energy towards the latter half of the day. Definitely recommend!

Other similar products don't mix well and are chalky.

I used this as my pre workout. It does a great job of keeping me going in the gym.

I like this in powder from because I find with NALT that I do better with low doses (50 mg) throughout the day. I add 1 scoop (400 mg) to 80 cc of water and take it 10 cc at a time - generally 3 times a day (150 mg total). NALT seems to work alot better than L-Tyrosine.

I bought this because I read it was supposed to be good for allergies but I have not seen a difference. My kids hate to take it because it's very bitter and has to be mixed with other drinks.
