This is working out well to support my back when sitting in recliner. If posture is a problem for you I would recommend this item. I haven’t had it but couple weeks but can see the difference by less pain.

It is one of the most comfortable lumbar support I ever bought. I have bought 4 of them so far.

This is one of the best options for lower pack pain. It is lightweight, portable, and the cover is washable. I recommend.

I love the look support probably fine of simple back issues. However I have multiple back issues and it only helps for maybe 30 minutes

I really like this back support pillow. I just raise it a bit to the top of my butt area, because it is shorter than I thought it would be. Other than the shortness of the product it is a well made support pillow. It does have a zipper to remove the cover that I will most likely hand wash some day if it gets soiled. It probably won't though, as I just use it at my desk where I watch shows on my computer. If I hand wash it, it would be with a mild detergent I use, rinse it out, then hang dry in my shower. I wouldn't put it in backyard where it may get sun and shrink. It is very expensive, but it is the only one I have found to help me with my Sacroiliitis pain.

This lumbar pillow is small, does not take much space and works! It sooths by lumbar and I am vey happy about that!
