I’ve had this installed for a few weeks now and it works great! Easy to install and works smoothly every time. No complaints.

I feel like it works better than the original. Definitely get again if I am clumsily found breaking it again.

This piece definitely does work as a replacement but has a few design features that ruin the overall quality.First off, I'll say that the backlights and window lock toggle light all work.The thing I dislike most is the small bump under the button.The icons are sloppyThe chrome trim is polished on this part where the original parts have a matte finish.In my attached photos, the stock part is on the left with this item on the right.

This was such a simple switch even if you aren't handy. The tools you need are minimal and the work is pretty easy. It took me watching a youtube video once and that was enough to understand the repair. The door is held by two screws and a bolt and I even had my son help me with the job. Entire repair took 1 hour (including gathering tools and clean up). I think the part even works better than the original!

Replaced in my 17 Golf R. Close but not exact to OEM look. Only you would notice but it was close enough for me. Automatic windows work with ease. At a glance online, this would have cost me around 500 to have fixed at the dealer. It was easy to install myself too by looking up directions online.

My OEM switch was a bit sticky due to a spill of some sort on my MK7 GTI. The dealer quoted me $491 to replace while it was there for a dsg service lol. I immediately jumped on Amazon and ordered this. Fairly simple install, you can find videos on YouTube. Looks and fits like OEM and functions as it should for a fraction of the price. Very satisfied!

It's a great replacement overall, just has sliiight differences in appearance from an OEM part (icons and the buttons themselves have a slightly different design). But it's really something only you would notice and only on the first day of using it. Otherwise, great replacement!

Relatively easy to install. Way cheaper than going to the dealership.

Installed the switch and after 2 weeks the automatic switch is already broken for both front windows overall build quality is very cheap wouldn’t recommend purchasing.
