used to repair my garage led outside lights
I bought some led lights from Costco and after about 1 year the left one failed. Bought a new set of lights with a replaceable bulb (which I didn't like quite as much - they were smaller and less bright). replaced the bad light and then found a youtube specifically about these lights and how to fix them. Ordered one 2 of these (one for extra) and fixed the bad light - cool. Then about a year later the other light goes bad - couldn't find the spare power supply so ordered another and fixed the light. The biggest issue with led's is they have to have a constant voltage power supply to work and most of the makers apparently use fairly cheap power supplies that just don't work for very long. This one works perfect for the lights I have and they are both bright and non flickering now.

Works but
Works but only half on the LEDs light up may be defective LEDs. Ended up changing out the power supply and LEDs then installed a regular incandescent style socket and LED bulb. Better than new!

Not Sure About Outdoor Rating
I bought 2 for my outdoor garage lights. Both failed in less than a year, 2 weeks apart. I'm giving up on this type of lamp and replacing with an LED bulb type. It's easier to replace a bulb than a power supply every year.
