This cap totally brought my deep conditioning routine to a higher level. It's super easy to use! You just pop it in the microwave in increments and it stays warm for a good 20 minutes but my trick is to wrap a towel around my head! Just like how you'd normally do it if you just got out the shower and your hair is still wet. This keeps the warmth in and had the added bonus of making the tighter so if you have a small head like me, it's perfect since your whole head gets an even heating.Using this makes SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE! My hair is much, MUCH softer/silkier/shinier if I use this with a deep conditioning treatment. I usually mix my deep conditioner of choice with some argan oil and re-microwave this a few times until it's been 2 hours. My hair looks way better now and thanks me for it. So happy I bought this!
