Excellent but Make sure your skiis are not too wide
Quality and Excellent to have around and make loading and unloading a breeze BUT make sure your skiis are not too wide. The sled I bought these for has skiis that are too wide. Due to the tall sides you cannot just set skiis on top. This was my fault and they work great on other snowmobiles I have. The tall sides are probably needed for steering.

Well built, durable, and work great!
Second set I bought. Had a dolly on our Second snow machine, but it was bulky and didn't work near as well as these casters worked on our bigger snow machine. So I ordered these and will probably sell the dolly. These make it easy to move, or even ride your snow machine around your shop, driveway, etc. Look great and are high quality and durable.

Good but not perfect
These can be tricky to get installed on the skis and get the cables in place. You eventually learn the trick however. I had to do a modification to get them to work with dual carbide skis on my older RMK. I like a standard furniture dolly over the supplied piece. They do work good to let you move the the sled around or even load on a trailer.

These. Are. For. Real.
My wife and I moved last winter to an area which has direct access to snowmobile trails. Occasionally, we have to ride down a snow cleared street to get to the trail. Instead of running the sleds on the pavement and grinding down the carbides (our tracks have no track studs), we attach the front wheels to the skiis and slowly ride down the street trouble free..!!! They handle smaller bumps and stones with no trouble and they just keep on working and working and working. I like to have a couple of extra cables on hand in the event they might break if I accidentally hit a pothole or something larger. The good folks at Extreme Max quickly sent me some additional cables. I can tell you that after a season of regular and consistent use, the cables have NEVER broken. Of course, adding the track wheel when I put the sleds away for the season, it's effortless getting the sleds where I want them in and around the garage. These are the real deal. Don't buy anything else to save a few bucks.

Excellent dollies
I need to get my sled in and out of the garage and move it around without chipping and scratching the concrete with the carbides. I purchased these because I needed something sturdier than my previous 4 caster wheeled type dollies. Their wheels kept breaking...After using the Big Wheels for a couple months now, in contrast, the Extreme Max Big Wheels dollies are very sturdy, roll well and stay under the skis well using the cable attachments.I chose the standard sized dollies after talking to the manufacturer re whether they would fit my 6.9 Pilot skis that are 7 in. wide. They said they would and they do indeed. The other benefit of the standard sized ones at the time I purchased mine, was that the at that time the wide version didn't come with the push pin/washer wheel retention system that the standard sized ones did.The only drawback I have found is that in my garage I need to scoot the sled sideways into it's "parking" space, and since the wheels aren't caster style and are oriented in the direction of the ski - the dollies don't allow me to do that too well. But, I make do, and it isn't any fault of the design certainly - just an individual usage issue.Awesome product!

It does the job
Straps are a little annoying and the one wheel track dolly is useless. Still better to use wood furniture dolly under the track. Other than that is works for moving sled around the garage and loading up in the driveway

Super Durable, hard to install
very durable, easy rolling. Cable is hard to install. I usually just slide the wheels under my skis and let gravity keep them on to roll them up to the trailer from the garage.

Works great on a heavy machine
I have a Yamaha vkPro weighing over 1000 lbs with driver and drove from a cement floor in the garage, over a hard packed gravel driveway to a portable shelter on a wooden platform. With the exception of a soft spot turning up to a ramp entering the shelter the system worked perfectly. The wheels dug in when making the turn but after some back and forth jockeying, it made it up the ramp. I have to jack up the machine to put the track dolly in place but once in place it swung smoothly over a wooden plank floor. I’ll remove the track dolly for storage so there won’t be a concentrated pressure point on the wood. A great invention

Great product, a few draw backs
Product is built very solid. No complaints on that end. Perhaps it was my own doing, but when I try to drive with the front wheels on, they seem to loose their place on the skis. I have tried different configurations with the straps but end up having the same issue. As for moving it around the garage on a flat surface, it works perfectly. One option I noticed on a much cheaper model was the front wheels were able to pivot. With this option, it makes moving the skidoo sideways much easier. Overall, I would buy this product again as it is very well made.

Very sturdy, designed to last, but clumsy to deal with while solo.
I'll start by saying that my touring sled weighs about 700lbs (plus gas, plus snow/ice, plus gear). Lifting my sled off the ground is not a huge issue for me, however getting it on to this uni-rear-wheel dolly has proved to be a huge pain. I have to lift the track about 6 inches just to clear this plate (as it does not sit parallel to the ground. If it catches at any point, the plate will spin or get knocked around, and leave you gambling on your placement when setting it down (which on one occasion was the edge of the track, and shot across the garage at a dangerous velocity). I wish I could say I love these, as they are very sturdy. I also think it should come with an extra set of standard size cables to suit the a set up using the inner mounting holes without the extension plates... I changed back to 6" wide skis, and took out the extension plates. Now the cables are wayyy too long. The pivot point of the ski now goes over the edge of the dolly whenever I hit any small bump (dropping the front of the ski to the pavement, and screwing your steering up quite a bit). If they'd included a set of standard of cables with this, it would have been awarded at least 4 stars.

You cant beat these !!
These wheels are terrific, They do everything they show in the video of them. They are easy to install, very solid and well made, and can be easily be modified if you need to because of your trailer width, otherwise they are perfect as they are. I have used them on my Polaris Trail Touring in both snow (Hard packed) and in gravel on the driveway to load my sled onto and remove from my trailer. Also great to drive in and out of the garage. You need a bit more room for turning when these are under your skis, but other than that they are just what you want and need. No tools required to install or remove, only to do minor assembly when you first receive these.. No problem at all with these !!You will be very satisfied with them as I am.
