NOT WATERPROOF
The first night my daughter had an accident this sheet was soaked straight through to the mattress.

Very water resistant. I have 2 small ones and believe me when i tell you i need something which is water resistant.

Decided to rent out spare room and wanted to get new mattress protector for the double bed, looked at a few online. Waterproof covers are more expensive but found competitive rate and with prime I got next day delivery. Very happy with my purchase, it fits perfectly and didn't have to leave the house.
