After messing with it for 2 days. I couldn't get a signal with it. It wouldn't set to correct date or time. Feel I have wasted my money

UPDATE several months onSeveral updates via ethernet to 7.2.STILL no autosubtitles.Trying to redo, managed to press wrong boot, android.Now it will not start up.Gone back to my trusty H2H - only Full HD, but I can only get UHD via streaming anyway.I bought this after upgrading to 4K. The telly's built in Sat tuner was showing up my H2H and some channels were unwatchable.So far only problems are that the subtitle autoload setting does not work, maybe there's a firmware update.Other one is it is so lightweight the LNB & HDMI cables drag it backwards!I don't use the most expensive ones, but do insist on proper shielding - back of my telly is spaghetti junction for cables.All told, a nice little box for what it is - a second satellite DVR to sit alongside the TV.No subscription stuff etc, no frills, younger your money's worth but no more.Excellent thing is my old H2H remotes work so now I have 3.Do not believe anyone who says you need a special one - Zgemma is a standard remote and you WILL use it a lot.BUT, memory sticks recorded on the H2H would NOT work on this one.Unless familiar with the system, the setup and settings can take flipping hours.Bear with it though, it's a dream to use WHEN set up to your own satisfaction.
