These are the best cutters on the market for the price. What makes them great is not only their sturdiness but also the fact that the blade protrudes slightly from the casing on both sides at the top of the cutter (rounded edges, not sharp). This design allows you to press down and dig into seams or openings covered by tape, as well as more easily tear through plastic wrapping. Works like a charm on Amazon boxes of all sizes.

Purchased to use at my medium sized print shop where I print off of rolled materials a lot. Have some heavier gauge materials like rolled canvas, prepasted wallpaper, heavy paper stocks - and this thing is great for cutting through large rolls. Many of my rolls are 54" and was a pain to try and use box cutter or scissor for a decent even cut. These were inexpensive and last much longer than I anticipated. I bought package of 5 and still on 2nd one cutting lots of material each day. This allows quick and clean cut without losing a lot of excess materials.

These safety cutters work really well for opening packages, cutting tape, and all the small everyday things I use them for. They’re lightweight, sharp, and I love that it comes with multiple cutters so I can keep one in different places. The grip is comfortable and they feel safe to use compared to regular razor blades. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the blade could be a tiny bit sharper for thicker packaging, but overall they get the job done and are definitely worth having around!

great cutter. I love this style of cutter so much. it's ultra safe, and made short work of a really well stuck down box too. I even managed to take the shipping lable off the box with it too, scoring around the label to take it off without damaging the rest of the box so the box could be recycled, the label destroyed securely. the double metal blades and the nodules that you can use to cut are brilliant. the thing seems sterdy, and i'm glad there are five, though by the feel of them, I think one will last a long time, so certainly will be buying again when I get low on these.

Have bought 3 or 4 packs of these now. The only cutters I use. Much prefer over a Stanley or the "yellow safety knives" you know the ones. Build is sturdy but light weight, nice and sharp and easy to use, cut through plastic wrap, card & plastic straps with ease. Very safe as no access to blades and function is as required. I hand these out at work and everyone uses them now. Fits nicely on my keyring as well thanks to the hole in the centre.
