This company’s customer service is outstanding. And their product is fantastic.
Best customer service there is! this company is fantastic. I wrote them because my sister came and needed the knee braces. I gave her mine so she ordered for me. Another pair, we got extra extra large. They were so understanding when I spoke with them and are sending me an extra large like I had because the extra extra large was too big. A1 customer service.

Basically work as described
These do as described. They keep my knees warm while playing pickleball. My knees are bone on bone and I am 67. But you should know, these do not really provide stability. One knee still started to lock and hurt. However, I knew in advance, these were not exactly designed for that purpose. I wish they felt a bit tighter.So long as you know this you may like them.

Excellent Customer Service
When I bought these I had sizing issues. I contacted their customer service and received a response right away. They were attentive & resolved my issue immediately. The product is well made and does what it’s intended to do. Would definitely recommend.

Sizes run small
Sizes run small, we measured as recommended, but they were too tight.The neoprene fabric is great, the design is great.. But now useless.

A standout company, true to its word. When the first pair of its knee sleeves, ordered to its online size specifications, proved too tight a fit, it made good on its "We got you covered. We love to help!" exchange promise, and not only sent me a replacement larger size at no further cost, but didn't even require return of the smaller pair, suggesting I pass it on to someone who could use it. Outstanding.
