This product was a space saver ,a time saver, And a money saver. Very sturdy construction looks very nice and like it will hold forever. Made my job a breeze and the homeowners love it , they don’t have to swing it all the way out, they can just push it to the side and tuck it away,later on they’will be hooking up a chain drive to it so it will be even easier with the remote control

Chose to disregard the negative reviews I read before purchasing. Definitely a mistake. One minor problem was missing nuts and washers for the u-bolts. Notified the seller and was promptly issued a credit which covered the cost purchasing what I needed from a local hardware store.The talk problem came from the rail brackets. This was the problem I read about in other reviews. The orientation of the angle iron connecting the rail sleeve to the clamp bracket is inadequate to support any weight or roller motion. The first attempt at operating the gate after installing, one of the weld joints failed. I rewelded the bracket then back to the hardware store to pick up some 3/4" steel square tube. I cut 4" long pieces to match the clamp bracket and clamped them under the angle support and welded them to the clap bracket and tube support. This effectively reinforced the weak connection point on all 6 brackets. My rolling gate is now operational but the product is not engineered for it's intended use.Company needs to go back to the drawing board and add gussets for support or do a totat redesignI do not recommend this product.

Was very disappointed with the quality, fit of the hardware. No instructions the metal is weak and the welds are very poorly made. Bracket spead open as tightening bolts. the pole mounts didn''t work brace was welded backwards so would not allow wheels to roll length of rail. U bolts didn’t fit and missing nuts

Wouldn’t recommend for a privacy sliding gate, had to weld re weld the brackets but other than that it would be good for Chainlink.

I only had a small gate, however it was on a hill and the other side was a deck rail so gate would not swing either way. since this was ment to be a gate to keep the small children from getting to the boat dock I installed a sliding gate. This is a rugged unit that will last the lifetime of the gate.

Ok, so I have a few things that is wrong with this product.1. The rolling brackets that the fence sits on is 1-3/8" true. All manufactured to rails say 1-3/8" but are smaller. So the rolling rails won't fit. Even if you go up a size 1-5/8 which is fence post, that is to big and will have a lot of play.2. Brackets that attach to the rolling gate have U Bolts that is not big enough to go around the bracket and fit in pretty drilled holes. I had the bend it a lot in order for it to fit.3. Material is not the strongest but it will hold. If you have to make any adjustments no matter how minor do not use a Hammer. You will bend or break the bracket.Other than that setup would have been easy if the issues above was not there.

Instructions not provided. Missing hardware. Smaller U-Bolts Don’t fit ended up having to spread them to make work. Had to modify roller guide because it would catch the rail bracket and not allow gate to completely open(tried flipping bracket, same results).
