I just used the BELLA Rapid Electric Egg Cooker and Poacher with Auto Shut Off for the first time. Here is my experience.... I took a dozen cold eggs out of the fridge and put them in the holders...... I DID NOT pierce holes in them( I was too lazy to clean off the eggs first as directions said to) Directions said it made no difference if you pierce holes in them or not, so I just did not... I filled the water level to what they said for a dozen eggs hard boiled... and I put a little more more water in than they recommended to make sure they were hard boiled.... took about 25 minutes and the cooker turned off on it's own when the water was gone as the directions said it would....I placed the cooked eggs into a cold ice bath in a bowl..( ice cubes and water) let them cool for about a half hour... then pulled them out of the water..... not ONE of the eggs cracked during cooking! They peel PERFECTLY... they were PERFECTLY COOKED.... I am very pleased with this so far... see how it continues to do down the road. It does have a two year warrantee. I would give this a 10 out of 10... no mess... no fuss... easy.. I use to hate boiling eggs in a big pan on the stove... I highly recommend you all try this for yourself!

This egg cooker works great for my household. My son bought it for himself and I like it so much I got my own. Cooks hard boiled eggs, soft eggs comparable to scrambled, or for a breakfast sandwich. We love it. I got my mom the smaller version and she loves hers too.

Eggs peel much better than simply boiling them. Once you determine the correct water and time, the yolks are yellow (not green/gray). So far, if I load it with the maximum (14 eggs), I find at least one or two eggs will "explode". If I keep it at six for one level or 12 for two levels, this seems to mitigate the exploding eggs. Also, whether I pin prick the eggs before cooking or not, it doesn't seem to make any difference. This is a simple way to hard boil eggs that is faster than the stove top or instapot. Easy clean up.

I've been looking for a large capacity hard boil egg machine and came across this and was the right price. You can either do single or double layer for hard boil, comes with a little poker/attached to the measure cup to use for the amount of water depending on the option. This also will poach or make a little omelet (I haven't made either yet and probably won't as I purchased for the hard boil). Two trays are included for hard boil option and then you have a poach tray and omelet tray. The first batch came out fine; it does auto shut off; however, it also reminds you by buzzing every once in a while until you actually turn the machine to off or unplug. A little annoying but at least you won't forget about your eggs! And as one review stated, it leaves a residue (hard to remove) when the hard boil option is used and finished; it drys it out, plus a few of my eggs decided (as they always do), to explode! Those are for the dogs (no waste here). To remedy the residue, I put some vinegar in and let it sit; however I did find that the Dawn PowerWash removes it a lot quicker with minimal effort with the daddy scrubber. My old machine did the same thing; so for me, this issue is normal; doesn't effect the cooking of the eggs if you choose not to scrub it off but eventually the build up will get to you! In an eggshell, I recommend this to speed up your hard boil egg process due to the double layer. Great for making deviled eggs, egg salad or just plain hard boiled eggs to munch on!

Simple to use. The eggs are easy to peel and the yolks are vibrant yellow. I used fresh eggs but refrigerated them as suggested. I cooked 6 hard boiled eggs-all turned out great. I did pierce the eggs before cooking. Best feature is I didn’t heat up my kitchen! It’s set it and forget it cooking. No more “I forgot my eggs on the stove!” 5 stars!

I bought a different brand a few years ago with only a 6 egg capacity, but have wanted a larger one for a long time. I have chickens and like to boil a lot of eggs. I finally pulled the trigger on this one and am so glad I did. Half the work but def takes a little bit longer than the smaller version. I'm guessing the double decker just takes longer to hard boil and that's fine. The little bell at the end could be a little more obnoxious so I can hear it on the other side of the house but I LOVE that it automatically turns itself off.....huge upside! All the eggs turned out great and I will enjoy using this thing for many years to come!

Purchased to allow cooking a larger batch of eggs, and automatic shut off. Very cheaply made, plastic, but that figures. Cooks eggs OK, just differently cooked than my other cooker. The auto off is great, until it turns itself back on. Be sure to pull the plug if you do purchase this model. I would rather pay a bit more for a higher quality model.

A great little machine that doesn't take up too much space. Easy to use. I always have hard boiled eggs on hand for snacking, now. The kids love it too.

I live in a retirment home, and this suits my purpases wonderfully, I can do everything I want withthis wonderful product, everything from hard boiled to poached...I am so glad I bought this...and It was a wonderful price to...please get one, You will be happy You did..

Great product. Easy to use, love the stacking to have many eggs cooked at the same time. Put them in and walk away with automatic shut off. The eggs cooked perfectly every time. A must-have!!
