I needed a replacement battery for my laptop and this fit perfectly. A great value compared to the name brands. Very easy to install and so far has held a good battery charge.

Short and simple, the battery was delivered as promised and was a simple install. This battery was for my college student and the initial challenge was obtaining a charge beyond 80%. Since instructing my student to run the computer until depleted and recharge again I've not heard anything else about it. I just runs and runs and runs. Great battery life. Thank you.

Was buying these regularly to keep some older laptops going, then noticed a pattern. About 3/4 months after buying these I started getting tickets from my desktop team to replace batteries for machines I already did. Remaining capacity's varied from 70% to 30%, majority on the lower end. They fit the models identified. If you still have those models I'm sorry for you, Dell no longer sells OEM batteries and these 3rd party ones are absolute rubbish.

The battery doesn't hold a charge past 80%. When it does go down to low battery, the laptop turns off even though you had 15% second before. It just drops to 0 in a fraction of a second. It definitely holds a charge longer than my original battery, but just not enough.

Not sure why, but would not charge fully. Would stop at 60%. Not too happy.
