The product is great. It’s heavy, with strong magnets, and I’m surprised by how durable and reliable it is. I’ve used it 5 times sequentially, and it performed flawlessly (Obviously was hot because of the 5 heating cycles). Mine was black, not dark purple, but aesthetics don’t matter with a quality item this great. Thanks again, and for the fast shipping too.

I've owned two Huni Badger devices in the past. The first one I had for a year and then it was stolen. I absolutely loved it, though. I decided to buy a new one because it's such a cool device. The second one only broke because of a battery exploding inside of it frying the circuitry I'm sure. That one I'm having repaired on warranty as we speak but decided to just buy another in the mean time. Both times in the past, they were purchased from the Huni Badger official website. They felt sturdy and heavy and nice. This one from this vendor on Amazon does not. It feels cheap and light. It feels flimsy. The button on it feels loose. The magnets are weak. The flashlight doesn't work. I'm so incredibly disappointed and truly wonder if this is even a legitimate product. I am returning immediately

This device is great I truly must say I have had almost every device so basically the way to summit up is it’s just a straw that heats up and uses in 18 650 battery sampled are years the only thing I think that would make it perfect is if they had a way to control the temperature besides the tips but the best part is if you’re doing any types of concentrates it Will basically give you the ability to use 99. 9% which is great the drawback to the other items I’ve used is they require you extracting your concentrates to insert them into some sort of a chamber which is time consuming and tedious
