Good even cook
I liked the way the dosa tawa heats up and maintains warmth uniformly and cooks evenly. So I get a good roti time and time again no matter how many I make. It has maintained its non-stick base and cooking rotis on it, is so quick and easy. Lovely item, light and easy to clean.

Incorrect description
It is not meant for induction, it has curved surface and not flat. Had to pay postage for return as well.

Bottom of the pan coating comes off easily
Nice pan but the coating underneath coming off after few uses.

NOT induction suitable
Stupid design! The handle bracket didn't sit flush under the pan; which is fine for a gas hob, but funnily enough induction hobs are completely flat. So if your rimless pancake pan tips to one side because of a bracket issue.... 🤬If you have a gas hob, I'm sure this is a great little pan. But if you have an electric or induction hob, don't bother.

Very good product for making dosas
Recommended for making crispy thin dosas. Dosas don't stick to the surface and are easy to make. Good to make paratthas as well.
