Take up less space in my pantry
I use them mainly in soups instead of canned tomatoes. They give a wonderful flavor to my stews also.

2 of 4 packages came unvaccuumed packed
Liked how the tomatoes tasted. 4/5 stars. However, 2 of the packages came unvacuumed packed. Which really stinks since I do not own a vacuum sealer nor can I rely on when package was actually packaged.Of course, NO REFUNDS/NOT RETURNABLE😡😡😡

Dried, not sun dried.
I didn't know what to expect. It's a very solid 2 pounds. I don't know the best way to rehydrate these so I just added a few and some water to a skillet of hot sausage, onions and peppers. That did not turn out well. Soaking these overnight before cooking yields a decidedly better, fresher flavor. It doesn't taste like sun dried tomatoes because it's not. It does taste alot like (concentrated) tomatoes. I bought them because I run short on canned tomatoes and these were 66% off. Should be good in a stew or maybe soaked in olive oil with basil/oregano/garlic.
