Surprised at how easy this pitcher is to use. It's easy to refill, compact, and handles well. Designed well... It's got this cool little flap on top which makes it to fill. The top doesn't slip off when you tilt to pour. It filters out most of the chlorine taste, which is why I bought it.

Easy to use, great tasting water, and it filters quickly.I tested my water after running it through the Waterdrop. I had a Zero Water (ZW) tester that came with a really nice fridge pitcher with spigot. The tester registers the lowest level of particles (only 33) for Waterdrop filtered water. I tossed that Zero Water filter, and bought this new pitcher to replace it because that water tasted bitter and smelled like landfill. I was also concerned because the ZW filter removes even the beneficial minerals. I now use that big zero water container by filling it with three pitchers of Waterdrop filtered water. This new pitcher is GREAT!

Update 2/14/24: I can't say enough about this company's products and their customer service! I have purchased three Waterdrop Elfin pitchers. All three have and continue to perform well resulting in great tasting water. When contacting customer service with an inquiry, I received a prompt and more than satisfactory answer. Thanks Waterdrop!The Waterdrop Elfin pitcher is great. The 5 cup size is perfect, not too heavy when filled. It is easy to fill and filters very quickly. My tap water does not taste very good, but this pitcher makes the water delicious. I had been buying spring water but am tired of the hassle. This pitcher makes it so easy to just fill from the faucet and put into the refrigerator for refreshing, great tasting cold water. Also the customer service is wonderful. The representative quickly replied to my email and answered my questions and registered the pitcher. Great company and products. What can I say? It filters water, and the water tastes fine. Similar to other filters i have used in the past.Pros- Drains the water quite quickly- Narrow pitcher allows for more choice for location inside fridge- Filter looks larger than your average Brita filterCons- Because of the large filter, capacity for filtered water is somewhat diminished- Not a fan of the spigot. It can sometimes spill in unintended directionsOverall, a fine product that may probably have a better longevity than competitors in the field.

After owning 2 water filter pitchers for years, I decided to give this Waterdrop pitcher a try after my old one cracked and needed replacing a year ago. Not only is it better quality, but it actually WORKS. This pitcher is both fast and efficient when filling. There's no need to remove the entire lid when filling as the design allows you to refill the pitcher when placed under the running water faucet. There has bee NO issues with the warning button when the filter needs replacing. There has also been absolutely NO issue with dark "silt" in the water due to the filter charcoal that was notoriously problematic with my previous pitchers. It's easy to clean, the filter replacement is a "no-brainer" without the need to twist and turn to remove or insert it into position. This Waterdrop pitcher is an absolute must for using in coffee brewers to prevent bitter tasting coffee. Since we have well water, filtering has been a necessity. It's well worth every penny paid for this Waterdrop water filter pitcher!

Its my second water drop pitcher I ordered easy to follow instructions and setting up the pitcher only problem I had indicated light in the lid was not working so called customer service. Very nice to try to help anyway they is no replacement indicated battery .I was so relieved that I found older comments on Amazon about the problem I had. The tell you to push indicated button 6 times don't hold it down then try again only once push button hold it let go. It's working. I'm so glad someone. Got an answer to the problem oh in the comments there is a email address ore website you can contact. If you have more problems to make it work ps the send you an replacement check older comments on Amazon about the product. Good luck

This pitcher works excellent I have never drank so much water in my life after i got this.Water looks and taste so much cleaner than even your most expensive bottled water and for pennies per gallon

Like it a lot. I was sceptical but the water tastes and does what it says it does. Economical and flows good too. I really like it!!

Para quem procura uma solução para filtrar a água da torneira simples e barata, este Waterdrop é o ideal, não precisam de procurar mais nada!A água fica com um sabor muito bom, sem cloro, etc...Os filtros duram muito mais tempo que os das outras marcas, o que o torna muito mais económico.

Le filtre à eau Waterdrop Elfin est un excellent choix pour améliorer la qualité de l’eau de mon réfrigérateur. Il réduit efficacement le fluorure, le chlore, et d’autres impuretés, ce qui se ressent vraiment dans le goût de l’eau. J’apprécie aussi sa certification NSF et le fait qu’il soit sans BPA. La capacité de 2,5L est suffisante pour un usage quotidien, et le filtre est facile à remplacer. Un excellent produit pour ceux qui veulent de l’eau plus pure à portée de main !

I love this jug, it is really well made, the water goes through the filter quickly and I love the way the water entry point flap moves down automatically as you turn the water on. It’s easy to use, not to heavy and fits in my fridge door.Taste wise my water is much better, my areas water doesn’t taste great so this is a big improvement. Still to see how long a cartridge lasts but I’m really happy with it.
