Best noodles, but don’t travel well.
These are my favourite noodles, and the No2 thicker ones arrived more or less intact, but the thinner nests had crumbled in transit. It didn’t affect the taste, just made it a bit more difficult to portion them. It won’t stop me buying them.

Just like the takeaway
I had been trying to make noodles like my local takeaway and Chinese restaurant and could not get them to taste right. I watched a video from Ziangs food workshop and these noodles were recommended. Perfect outcome and much tastier than shop bought standard egg noodles.
