We bought our unit from costco (5415i) will this work as replacement filters? Also how often should i replace the filter? Are the filters recyclable?

How many in a pack? There are 2 filters in the machine that need replacing so do I need to buy 2 of these or does just 1 have two filters in it?

The filters come in a two-pack.

Which direction are filters supposed to be oriented? Direction of flow is different for top and bottom so orientation should also be different.

The order is actually unimportant, that incoming air goes through both portions of the filter is. That said, I the black part facing in on both. Top one facing down, bottom one facing up.
