Happy Cow Cream Cheese 140g + Happy Cow Plain Soft Cheese 120g 100% Veg Imported (Pack of 2)

I bought a combo offer of cream cheese, plain cheese and Emmental slices. Usually, such a combination would be fairly expensive, but this one was very reasonably priced.All three varieties were tasty, though be forewarned -- those who grew up on Philadelphia cream cheese would be disappointed. This is not American cream cheese; the taste is not as creamy. This is more European, with a slightly salty taste. I have experienced both before, so though I would have preferred the American taste, it is not a deal breaker for me. The fresh cheese is great, and the Emmental is also fine.The important point is the expiry date. Both the cream cheese and the Emmental had two weeks left to expiry when I received those products, while the fresh cheese had eight months. Again, this is not a deal breaker for me; as the price was low enough, I kind of expected some compromise on the dates, and two weeks is not too short. Also, typically, if the cheeses are kept well preserved in the refrigerator, one can easily go beyond the expiry date by one or two more weeks and still can have the same taste. So this is Ok as well.I do have a complaint about the packaging though. The cheeses came in a lot of plastic bubble wraps, which I feel is a negative. I have written to the vendor about it and they promised to look into this in the future. I will know it when I order next time.Overall, a good purchase.

I was given a year old product and it's going to expire in a week from the day of delivery !What's the use if such good products are delivered at such critical time where it's almost expired .No thanks .Bad serviceI will be returning the item
