Life Extension Optimized Irvingia with Phase 3 Calorie Control Complex 120 V caps

This is my second time using this product to aid me in my weight loss. The last time I used it for about 6 months and lost more than 40 pounds. I only had 10 more to lose and decided to go it without the irvingia. It really takes about 3 months to get the full effects of this product. You need to take those 2 daily doses regularly every day. It's not a magic pill but it will help to take the edge off, if like me, you get cravings at just the thought of dieting. It is a great diet aid but I stress that it is only an AID to an already good diet.I stopped taking it because the result of taking this is very subtle. You don't have marked reduction of appetite or burn tons more calories. After a few weeks of stopping this I noticed that I was gradually slipping back to my old eating habits with uncontrollable eating binges at times. I guess the best way to describe what irvingia does for me is that it gives me back my own self control over food. I highly recommend LE's Optimized Irvingia for someone with the strength to stick with it for the long run, someone not looking for a quick fix. I will not be stopping this supplement again until I am firmly at my desired weight. And at that time I plan to just reduce the dose not stop completely until I feel secure that my loss is permanent.

I have been taking this product for about 2 weeks now and it seems to cut my sugar cravings. The important thing to know is I am in the very dedicated stage in weight loss.Between this and Mega T green tea, food journals and exercise I have lost 6 lbs in 6 days.Would I buy this product again? I NEVER write a review unless I've tried & had success with a product. I tried Irvingia as recommended to lower my glucose/ Type 2 Diabetes. The great news; I LOST 42 LBS.!! and I never gained it back even after I quit taking it 3 months later. I still keep a bottle just in case but haven't had to use it. It gave me a headstart in controlling my weight & glucose level. I feel wonderful..Try it. You won't be sorry.

My friend and I both purchased a bottle of these. We both felt like it subdued our appetites and maybe helped tweak our metabolism. During this time period I wasn't eating the best---but didn't gain weight as I usually would. There seems to be something to them. I would try them again for sure.

This is a great product!I speak as a post-menopausal woman who never had a weight problem, before hormones caused me to gain 10 pounds. I was able to lose those ten, plus at least five more. It helped me to down size my portions, and I seem to no longer have cravings that caused me to want to snack.n I highly recommend it to anyone who has tried everything else, even diet and exercise, and haven't been able to lose those extra pounds.

I am very judicious in my use of supplements, but this one works for me. It was recommended by my doctor as an appetite suppressant, and it works.I have learned that in restaurants, where portions are always too large and too tempting, to box half the meal before I eat it, not after. I learned this from Richard Simmons. With these pills, I am satisfied.

We are still struggling dieting using these. We do have less cravings for sweets and do better in the evening.
