Guess i will still be going to my own room at night for i highly doubt these are going to help drown out my freight train snoring husband when i can clearly still hear the talking on my tv that was already set at a low volume, not to mention i clearly heard the helicopter that happen to go over our area as i was testing these. And i highly doubt my small cat's soft meow volume was anywhere near loud enough for 29db rated earplugs to not block it out some, yet i clearly heard her with these on like normal. These may very well help protect your ear drums from sudden loud noises like shooting, which i will test out in near future so these were not a waste of a purchase in the end but, since these are supposably the same as the 'snoring' slim fit version and really why i bought them, they are a failure and not adequate enough for drowing out your snoring other half at all, higher db rated earplugs are needed for that!!As for fit, they are long and i had to cut about 1/3 off to make them shorter length wise so they don't stick out pass my ear, otherwise they will easily come out while sleeping on my side. They are slimmer than other foam earplugs we have for shooting but, not by much. they also like to swell back up very slowly and if you don't hold them in till they finish swelling back up in your ear, they push themselves almost out of your ear. I will say i think our thicker foam earplugs do a better job fitting into your ear IMO and block out noise better but, they also can be irritating if you have small ear canals and these slim are not irratating so far. Will i buy these again, nope.

Before these the ear plugs I was using started hurting pretty bad and always popped out while sleeping. I thought it was just something I'd have t deal with until I found these! Ive always thought the bigger the ear plug the better they'd work but I was definitely wrong about that. These create a tight seal and I no longer have ear pain and they stay in all night :) I wish these just had a plastic case or something because whenever i try unscrewing the carrying case at night it's kind of loud and always wakes my fiancé up.

I tested out pretty much all earplugs marketed towards small ear canals: Mack's Dreamgirl, Howard Light Women, Drift to Sleep, Howard Leight by Honeywell MAX & Laser Light, you name it. All of them made my ear sore and these were no different. For someone with apparently extra small ear canals, the best advice I can give you (big thanks to S.Mulder for pointing them out to me), do yourself a favor and search for ClearEars earplugs. They are not geared towards noise reduction but do a pretty decent noise canceling job (we are talking about 25 NRR) AND are comfortable. I have no association with this company whatsoever, they just happened to be the only workable solution for me that I can wear all day and night and I hope I can help someone avoid the long search. These are great, but I didn't realize there were different sizes. I guess I wasn't paying attention, because I've been ordering these for years and have L🍓VED them. So, when I put these in, I could still hear, but it was muffled noises. However those muffled noises were enough to prevent me from being able to sleep at dialysis. You've nurses chatting, other patients chatting, TV sounds, machines beeping and phones ringing.Luckily I bought a small pack of them this time. Next time, however, I have to be mindful and look at the sizes.

I really like these earplugs. I had a terrible time finding ones that were small enough for my ears. (I am a small female adult.). The Macks Pretty in Pink are made for women and I have used them for years. I didn't know they made a "Slim Fit" version for shooting. These fit just as well but they keep out more sounds then the Pretty in Pink. I would recommend them for anyone who has smaller ears and needs quiet to sleep!

Finally! I have a cat who snores right next to my head, so I wear ear plugs so I can sleep. For years I have used regular ear plugs and my ears hurt every morning. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night because it hurts so badly. These are absolutely perfect for my apparently small ear canals. They don't hurt AND they block more sound for me, so I sleep through a lot more!

They are small, but still fit in my ear. Not sure about the decibel rating till I go to the range.The free travel case is more of a pill case, if that, it would barely hold one set of earplugs without compressing them.I didn't think of storage, and I would much prefer prepackaged sets of earplugs.I just liked that they came in a different color then hunter orange.

Works perfect for my small ear canals. They stay in all night - and work great for my daytime naps for night shifts. Blocks sounds and does the job!

Have used these for many concerts and although they cut out a little of the clarity and highs it beats 2 days of ringing ears after a show.
