This product is a Perfectly balanced metal frame incorporating the curved ‘handle’, with a plastic non-slip coated tray that sits into the base.Its genius design allows you to carry two mugs, cups, bowls etc up/downstairs or anywhere, with your other hand free to hold onto a handrail or support. Would also be ideal for someone using a stick/crutch, to carry a meal from kitchen to table, or to another room, one handed.It feels heavy even before you load it up with mugs etc, but doesn’t feel much heavier once you have!The tray isn’t ’secured’ in place, so you need to put the whole thing down on a flat surface, worktop or table, load it up, then carry it to another flat surface to unload.As some other reviews point out - Don’t try to load/unload the tray out of the frame.Use it as shown in the online video and it works perfectly.

Excellent design but a bit heavy for some people. I agree with the comments about the handle falling off, although a little bit of sticky tape holds it in place effectively. A little spring-loaded catch is what's needed to fix that, but that would increase the cost.

👍Handle and how easy I found it to hold was great.Non slip tray surface is really good😩However the tray is VERY heavy for the elderly.It is also a bit too shallow so does not stay in the carrying frame easily.

I bought a Tipsi tray for an elderly friend who isn’t as steady on her feet as she used to be. She finds it dry useful.

The media could not be loaded. I was already super impressed when I purchased the round tipsy tray, but this time I decided to try out the rectangular. Honestly, They are both just as amazing, my dad is a changed man knowing that he can get around the house easily with cups, to plates and bowls with food and drinks without any spillage. It’s like a miracle. He suffers with essential tremors mainly in his arms and hands, every day can be a struggle especially trying to take single cups of tea from one room to another, he usually spills it every time and has to make multiple stops to put the cup down before it ends up a disaster. However NOT anymore, this has been the best gift by far he now has the two different sizes and also I’ve bought him the pint Sherpa for his birthday too!!! Please keep bringing out more products, this company is changing lives! Thank you so much!
