Gets the job done
I purchased these while waiting for a more expensive pair to arrive. Overall, these are a good value if you know what you’re getting into. They don’t hold collimation well and arrived slightly out of alignment, but I was expecting this and was able to correct it by adjusting the collimation screws. Beware that this is a common issue for this class of binoculars and be prepared to align the prisms on your own. There are a lot of online resources to help you do this, but it’s still not easy and having to do every now and then can be annoying. If you’re not comfortable with tinkering with some tiny screws or you need these to work perfectly out of the box, then these might not be for you. They also don’t operate at a full 80mm of aperture due to the light being cutoff by the small size of the prisms, but the difference compared to my other pair (which also does not operate at the full 80mm) is very slight and perhaps not noticeable at all if you weren’t comparing them side by side.In terms of build quality, these are about as cheap as you can get. The plastic material could be durable enough, but the fit and finish is toy-like. The center bar that the tripod adapter attaches to has some play and needs frequent tightening. The arms that hold the eyepieces also flex, so if you press the binoculars against your face too hard, the eyepieces will move and you might lose focus. I don’t mind these flaws for the price, but they are things to be aware of. On the plus-side, the cheap plastic build makes these binoculars light-weight and hand-holdable for brief periods of time. I’d still use a tripod or some other kind of mount, though. As far as image quality goes, these actually compare surprisingly well against my more expensive pair. They do present a slightly less clean image, but I can’t complain given the price I paid. Off-axis sharpness is pretty decent and lateral chromatic aberration is acceptable and not too distracting. I haven’t spent too much time stargazing with these, but the Lagoon Nebula and M22 globular cluster were a little easier to detect than with my 10x50 Nikons from my suburban backyard. The Swan nebula was also detectable in these, whereas it was not in the 10x50s. So, as expected, there definitely is an appreciable step up in light gathering and resolution compared to 10x50s.If you can afford it or if you know that 20x80 is the configuration you want, then try to get a pair that is more rugged and can hold collimation better. If you’re just curious about binoculars of this size or supplement your collection, then these do a fine job of showing you what 80mm binoculars are supposed to show you as long as you’re able to make collimation adjustments.

Huge binoculars, excellent image, challenging storage case. Great value.
I bought these for astronomy. I've been using an Olympus 10x50 set for a long time and wanted to try bigger. These look virtually identical to the 20x80 Orion and Zhumell models, right down to the two dimples on the hand grips. The image from these giant binoculars looks pretty fantastic in my opinion.I was surprised to find out that these are even more stable than my 10x50 binoculars. I think the extra weight of these big ones just dampens out any erratic movement. I have a tripod on order and I'm guessing these binoculars will work even better with a real tripod. I did a back and forth comparison of the moon between my 10x50 and this 20x80 set and the moon was doubled in size, confirming (non-scientifically) that the magnification is what they say it is.It comes with a nice looking leather-like case. There's actually a case within a case. I find it very difficult to get the binoculars out of the case and hard to get them back in. If only the case had another half-inch of space, it would make a world of difference.Overall, these are an astounding value for the size and image quality. Can't wait to use them on deep sky objects.

Once you line up these binoculars they’re great for stargazing….
Liked the heavy build and ability to lock it in with a tripod. Felt like a great telescope with binocular lenses. Finding an object with a sight line is a different story with these binoculars. Have to be fairly precise to find at max viewing…which is a pain. Wish there was some minor sighting viewfinder.

Great quality at excellent price
Perfectly collimated, bright and sharp. Perfect Pleiades and Orion. Moon and Jupiter and moons in the same background. Totally different experience than a telescope.
