Awesome taste!
This tea is awesome tasting. I have been consuming this tea for over 15 years. Drink an hour before bed and do not consume food after drinking tea. Go to sleep and in the morning you will be able to go to bathroom without a problem.

Help with Regularity if you use it regularly
If you need help with regularity and don't want to use or depend on strong laxatives drinka cup of Manasul in the evening before bed and no longer snacking. Make it a habit eachnight about the same time. If no help after a day or 2 buy Senna Lax and take 1 at bed time or2 but no more than that. It is Senna but low dose. No gas, no cramps and usually can do the job. Add little honeyto the tea. It actually has a nice flavor. Our doctor said to stop Metamucil because that tendedto form stools large and dry and defeats the purpose of fiber. Too much fiber not good either accordingto him. Eat an apple or 2 a day. Drink water throughout the day We like Gala Apples. . If this dose not work you can go to something strongerbut also always check with your doctor if nothing happening.
