This is a good tasting gummy

Very good quality product from Natures Design. I have tried some other Pome supplements in the past but not as potent as Natures Design. I can really feel the difference. For me I get energy it seems from out of nowhere. This energy seems to last about 4 hours. I am 61 years old and I only take one tablet a day which is plenty for me. You can take up to three tablets a day according to the directions. I have a feeling this will also boost my immune system too. I'm glad I ordered in the summer to have time for the immune system boosters to be working full power by the time winter arrives. I am prone to getting colds in the winter and I know this will help! I would recommend this product for anyone who is interested in being healthy and have more energy when you need it.

It's a good supplement to go with my meals and helped me through the 2025-2026 winter from all of the types of sickness thrown at us.

The capsules are easy to take, no after taste and inexpensive.
