Very dependable light weight option for a boot
I normally wear the under armour valsetz or 5.11 2.0 with side zip for the price I couldn't pass up the opportunity to these out the pair I received didn't have the side zip but agin for the pice I couldn't pass it up, if you are familiar with the valsetz model these feel similar with exception of the toe area having a bit more protection because of the leather oppose to the velsetz with mesh more shoe like material, I didn't rate the durability yet as I haven't had them long enough to give a honest opinion but will do a update, so far the breakin phase is going smoothly I change out the insoles as im not a fan of the standard that come in most boots I wear before changing them out they were comfortable just not to my liking, they fit true to size I get all my boots in wide for lil added space if it's offered with the model. So far these feel great I pair them with wool socks I prefer over cotton agin that's just me. Overall this so far is a solid boot I'd recommend getting the side zip version though

Great riding boot.
I bought these to wear while riding my motorcycle. They are comfortable even in warm weather (Philippines).

On my fifth pair!
I bought my first pair of these boots at Cabela's. Liked them so much that I went back to get another pair and found that they no longer stocked them. So I went on line and found them, and at a much lower price than my first pair. I keep one pair for "good wear" and use one pair for work boots. They clean up easily even when badly scuffed. When the work boots reach the end of their life, usually about 2 years of daily use, I buy a new pair for good wear, and the old good ones become my work boots. Only complaint is that the original laces are very short lived. Replacement boot laces normally last over twice as long as the original laces.

Light-weight, great ankle support; get insoles!
It has been 3 months, wear on toe is considerable; more-so on the tread. I am a hotshot rolloff delivery driver, so I am out of my truck frequently, as well as loading. The only complaint I have is the insole. For any other veteran out there, you’re already used to buying a good pair of boots with crappy insoles lol; so buy good insoles and these boots are definitely worth the money.

💯 better than most.
After a year of use I can say that my husband has not complained about his feet hurting at all with these. He constantly complained before. Regular steel toes left his feet with hard calluses and blisters also the regular steel toes wore out much faster, toes peeled and left us trying every Dr shools insert imaginable. He has worn these religiously for the last year. At work and on the farm. They've held up through the mud, rain, snow and ice. He's a mechanic so he is on concrete all day. Comfort is a must. The toes did start to peel off a couple months ago but since they were so comfortable he didn't want to get a new pair. I ordered another pair this morning hopefully they are just as good.

Good, lightweight boot. NOT WATERPROOF.
Good fit. Great traction, actually. The tread cleans out easily. NOT WATERPROOF. My mistake, it is not advertised as such. Not sure how I missed that. The laces aren't the best (a bit stretchy), and I'd rather have hooks at the top or loops for speed lacing. Definitely good boot, but not great. Not being waterproof is a deal breaker for me.

Need to buy an extra pair of boot laces.
Boots are comfortable, lightweight and so far durable. But the boot laces are tight in the eyelets and they cut through the outer casing of the lace on both laces within a couple of weeks. I replaced the laces and no problem with the new ones.

Steel toe cap very uncomfortable
Uncomfortable in the toe area tbhBut I've been used the non- steel toe type ...my size in them weren't available. They will go in the boot cupboard as a back up as they were cheap enough but I will stick to my normal type of under armour boot from now on

Over all good boots
Comfortable and light broke in fast, good lower cost boot. Like so many other reviews though the leather isn't the highest quality. These boots are used by few others of the security team that I'm part of.Over all good boots would recommend. I was dedicated to SWAT for years but prefer these already. Not the best boots I've owned to be honest but great for the price point.

Great boot
Great boot, possibly my fault for not weather proofing before going out into different types of weather, ranging from cold, wet, damp, snow, water, other then a flap un top of boot I’m happy with the boot itself. This boot also has kept my feet dry in the different types of weather I’ve put it through.
