This checks all my boxes. A2, good fat and organic. I use it in my cookie recipes and as a butter replacement in any recipe. It is plenty expensive but it does come from India.

The taste and aroma are truly excellent. And so is the color. Its not organic, but I can live with that considering how good it is! Highly recommend.

Super. Prefect ghee

I’ve tried so many ghee brands available in the U.S. market, but nothing beats this one. It’s a little pricey, but absolutely worth it for the quality and taste. It smells excellent too.

The aroma and taste are really good. I liked that the seller uploaded the certificate of a2 content. However I wish a better quality container was used because this is really cheap plastic quality and being transported in heat means ghee melts and reacts with the plastic.

I was so looking forward to this purchase. The product description and the rich gold color were very appealing. The first disappointment was the color. The ghee looks washed out, pale. The consistency is also not looking right either. The taste is almost like milk gone bad. Last but not the least, the odor is not nice. Not nutty as finer ghees are. It seems there was some lapse in the cooking process. Something is off. Disappointed.

This A2 ghee has a rich and luxurious smell to it that is the hallmark of a good ghee. It's creamy in the summer temperatures and solid, but not at all hard, in the winter. It's my favorite of all of them I've tried so far. There are some ghees I'll cook with, but this one is so yummy I use it only in my coffee. A tablespoon of this Indicow gee, a dollup of high quality MCT oil, and good black coffee blends up to make perfect bulletproof coffee.
