The blinds are prettier than I expected. I ordered 3 and one of them was the wrong size. So the blinds look ridiculous with one shorter than the other when two blinds hanging side by sides. I reported the problem and the seller reply to me shortly afterwards. She asked me to send her a photo to show her the problem, which I did, and she pretty much send me a replacement straight away.The blind is beautiful and the customer service is great! It’s worth the wait.

I’m really pleased with all 3 blinds they are good quality with a lovely pattern, they are wellmade and I’m sure will last longer that normal bamboo blinds.They are not the cheapest bamboo blinds ,also they have had to be flown here, it’s not my choice to buy on the marketplace, from a firm I don’t know, I was concerned about what they would be like and the fact they were coming so far ,if they didn’t get here ,or were rubbish ,but there was nothing to fear I’m delighted ,they are lovely and they arrived in the time frame stated. When you can’t get what you want in your own country or not available with the backup from Amazon you have little choice, so if your concerns are the same as mine, I’d say go for it there are other companies be it not in the Uk that can still provide a brilliant service, I want to thank them for that

I do like these blinds and they look beautiful in my kitchen however the only thing that I am not happy about is after spending £112 a further amount left my bank account of £31 the day before they were delivered no notification or explanation?
