Wonderful product. Made to my exact measurements and Super easy to install!! I’m using my shade as a room divider and she shade works perfectly. I’ve had it for two weeks with daily up/down use and haven’t needed to recharge yet. Would love to figure out how to hook up to one of my hubs but we’re an Apple HomeKit fam so it mig be not be possible. Remote works fine however so not a deal breaker.

The blind is very elegantly designed, easy to install and works well.There’s no charging information in the instructions other than:“The charging motor need to be charged every three months.” There’s a notation in the package that the motor battery needs to be fully charged for 6 hours before installation. A red LED lights up on the motor bezel while charging, then goes out when fully charged. After a full charge, if the charger is plugged into an outlet and the cable is plugged back into the motor, the LED light does not come back on to indicate charging has begun. I assumed the battery needs to be discharged to a certain level before the charge cycle is allowed to begin again. There’s also no indication as to whether the charger and cable can be left plugged into the motor and powered during use, so I left the cable plugged into the motor for this installation, but chose not to plug in the charger block again until the battery needs charging.The remote’s programming instructions need to be re-written so they make better sense in English. The Mandarin-to-English translation is choppy, vague and has the typical typos and grammatical errors.The mounting bracket receptacle on the motor end of the blind is a very tight fit in a few of the available indexed positions. Using a small amount of silicone grease on the male portion of the bracket before insertion will help to ensure that it inserts into the motor’s receptacle completely.Overall I was very impressed with the blind, and most importantly, the senior customer that I purchased and installed this blind for was happy as well.

Bought these for our bedroom which has two windows that are hard to reach. Wanted complete room darkening to help me sleep on days when I work nights. I did get the side rails to completely block light. Nice looking, Easy Install. Nice to open the shades with a remote. Keeps the room nice and dark when needed. When ordering be exact with your measurements. They make them exactly to fit your opening.

Purchased 8 shades for our business, so I purchased the 8 channel remote. The issue is that you can program the remote to individually control 8 blinds, but one of the channels must be used if you want to control all the blinds at once. So I can really only control 7 blinds individually, or all of them at once with the 8th channel. Sort of annoyed by that, but not earth shattering as we will typically be opening and closing them all at once.I also noticed that the fine tuning of the shades to be closed or open could use some work too. Pressing the button up or down does it in larger increments than one may desire if you need to move it just a 1/4 or 1/2 an inch. Instead, it seems to move a bit more than you'd expect with each up or down button press.Other than that, the quality of them shades seem solid, and the installation was very simple all things considered.

got these for my boss because he wanted automatic shades. They work great and the remote was very easy to set up so that the two curtains would go down at the same time. The curtains are the perfect size - just make sure you get super accurate measurements because they will come as exactly what you order.

We ordered two blinds for the living room and three for the dining room. The blinds did not come with instructions. I contacted the seller for the instructions, which were in incredibly small font (and I am under 50 years old). After about two hours of trying, the written instructions and video did not work for programming the blinds. The product description says you can program multiple blinds one change on the (six) channel remote. Nope, that did not work. As we programmed one blind in the living room, two blinds in the dining room responded and the living room one would not respond. One blind will not respond at all to the programming. In the end, we have one blind that is programmed and works as we would like out of five blinds.Also, the video and instructions show a slightly different remote. I have the Alexa Studio and it does not recognize the blinds.And the kicker, the seller will not accept returns.Bottom line, be leery of the product. The idea is good. The price is good, but the product does not work as intended. The product claims are more than the actual results. The customer service is lacking.Update: Since the review went live, the seller is contacting my husband on WhatsApp to offer technical assistance. I am not sure how they found him in WhatsApp. The problem is the time difference (contacting me at 2:30am) and there is a language barrier.

Ordered the motorized with solar panel charging unit (ordered wrong size at first but seller was so helpful and responsive with getting the right one sent to me) Pretty easy to install and darkens room perfectly! 10/10!!

These blinds have been a FANTASTIC game changer for me for our bedroom. Insomnia plagues me most nights. Full moon nights and city lights are enough to wake me up. Installing these and coupling them with a white noise machine has made an enormous difference for me. Now let's talk about how EASY they are to install. Less than 10 minutes on each (I ordered one to try and see if I like them or if they worked well, they did, I ordered a second one). The instructional videos are such a great asset. The ease of programming the remote for multiple blinds is impressive, and I'm not overly technical. I've since ordered the side slots to block a bit more light on one of the blinds. I installed one on the inside of the frame, and one on the outside. I found that the inside mount would benefit me best by using the side slots. I'd give these blinds 6 stars if I could!! HIGHLY recommend!
