Hi could you tel me how much caffeine is in this

The label now has a specific dosing of each ingredient, has always taste amazing now tastes even better since the improved formula and completely dissolves in very cold water. Definitely still best on the market for under £64 which is the price for 50 servings of grenades .50 calibre pre workout and this little tub gibe you 45 POWER PACKDED workouts and if you only train 3 times a week that's nearly 5 months bro

Can someone give full list of ingredients in mg each?

They don't give the mg amounts for the ingredients because it's the lowest quality pre workout on the market. Thats why you get 45 servings for £17 when most quality pre workouts are usually around £1 per serving. if you want to make serious gains invest in a quality pre workout and buy cheap protein. I recommend anything by team affinity they also make the strongest pre work out ever made

Hi can you mix this the night before ?

In my opinion you should never mix any pre-workout the night before as this should only be taken 30-45 minutes before working out
