Got this cute mug as a gift my granddaughter she loved it came in pretty fast . It’s also a good quality very easy to clean the durability is okay and it’s just like the picture definitely a good buy.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Im not going to knock the item due to my laziness on research. But this should be a 5 dollar item marketed for kids instead of coffee. Quality looks fine for what it is. As a heads up to other purchasers its plastic not ceramic and not labeled bpa free which leeches from heat. Do not use this for hot drinks.

I honestly don't get the positive reviews, did I get a different cup? I bought this to give to a friend of mine who is a die hard hello kitty fan. When it arrived I was actually pissed off. I bitched about it all day because I don't appreciate getting ripped off and that's how I feel. The cup has a 3" x 3ish" opening (to drink from), it's 2.5 inches tall and the handle is 1.5 x 3/4 (enough for two fingers, and I have small fingers). Yeah I know a joke right, that's how I felt. It also has giant gashes and chunks taken out of the side near the handle with surface scratches all over. As far as I'm concerned this is only suitable for a child, I don't see anyone over the age of 8 wanting this piece of junk. I knew it would cost me too much to return so....well I'm not giving it as a gift. The other reviewers are either fake or have very low expectations, I mean this is worth $5 tops. If I saw this in a shop I wouldn't even stop, I'd just keep walking. The seller even shipped it covered in plastic and shoved in a bubble bag, they even think it's junk.
