3/4 High Arch Support Insoles for Men/Women, Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Orthotic Flat Feet, Over-Pronation | Relief Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Pain

The media could not be loaded.  I will wear this for 12-16 hour shifts and not only does it provide the arch support I am wanting but also needing. This is not a soft arch support that will eventually go limp after an hour or so but will go throughout my whole shift. This arch support is great for me because I do have plantar fasciitis and need all day support. I have tried other arch supports and nothing every lasts past 3-4 weeks. I have been using this arch support for about a month now and not only is it still giving me the support that I'm wanting but even after a month of being used every day that I work, it's still going strong. This does fit inside of my shoes and doesn't feel as though it's pushing my foot out of my shoe or makes it difficult to tie them. I have 3 pairs of shoes that I switch out during the week and whichever shoe I put this arch support in, my feet are fully supported throughout my shift. I no longer come home with my feet hurting or even my lower back.

Omg! Okay so these soles completely solved my arch pain problem, I have high arches and work 7-8 hours standing up everyday. When I tell you they completely solved my foot arch pain I mean all the pain I got before is gone. My brain is so tired ready to sleep writing this right now but my feet are not in pain at all they feel like they can go for many more hours 😅. I love these insoles and am definitely going to buy more. One tip to add though they are rigid plastic so I put them underneath my gel soles so my gel soles act as padding, but the rigid plastic keeps my arches in perfect placement all day everyday! At first I just put them on top of my gel soles but the rigid plastic was hard on the back of my foot,, so definitely put them underneath the soles you currently have in shoes. I stoped wearing vans shoes because they offered no support on my arch. Once these arrived I inserted them into my vans and wore them all day at the fair with no pain! These are amazing. They keep my foot in place and the arch support is perfect for plantar fasciitis. I will say that I like them more than the Dr Scholls women’s plantar fasciitis insoles.

I have owned and used orthotics for a long time. I use full shoe orthotics in every shoe I wear. I cannot walk barefoot, in crocks, sandals, flip flops and house slippers ect. for very long, without pain in feet and plantar. I own 3 pair of full foot beds custom made and fitting professionally.Recently bought a pair of Sorrel boots. Been wanting a pair for a long time for snowplowing and to wear to and from the ski lodge. The problem with Sorrels is the top of boot is very low and tight. which make it very difficult to get into with a high arch. I could not get them on the my full foot beds. Dilemma for sure. I did not want to return them so I thought half orthotics. I was so surprised to find these insoles. My experience told me, they have to be high and hard. So I thought for $20 I'd give these a shot.And just in time too, major snow storm hitting southern New England this weekend. These insoles were not in my house for more then 15 minutes when I put them in and Sorrels and said a pray! I got my foot in the boot! One down, one to go. Now would they alleviate pain after wearing them for an hour? I laced them up tight and went about my business around the house, walking sitting and just using them. After 3 hours it was time to chill out my feet. They were HOT! But not sore and NO pain. Well found the solution for my Sorrel issue and I'll be buying more of these so I don't have to keep changing my other ones from shoe to shoe so often. PS the foot beds I have, that were made professionally made, were $125 each. If these insoles fits your bill, buy and Wear A Pair. You will be glad you did! This is the best insole I have ever bought and it is very comfortable to wear. The design of artificial mechanics is just right. Very satisfied shopping experience.

I bought this because I started working 10 hour shifts on my feet and although my New Balances were very comfortable, I started to notice that my legs would hurt towards the end of my shift and when I get home, my heels would hurt so bad that I had to start walking on my tippy toes.I’ve always preferred shoes with heels that are more elevated because my heels tend to hurt a lot after being on my feet for too long and this was the perfect solution. My job requires a specific kind of sole so it’s harder for me to find shoes that offer the right kind of support and these insoles are the perfect solution to my problem.I kind of had to break them in for the first 2 shifts and I did have to loosen my shoe laces a bit or else my feet would hurt but after that, I never dealt with leg pain anymore! I still get sore every now and then but my heels never hurt at the end of the day and I can walk barefoot at home as much as I want without being in pain!I’m so glad I decided to get these insoles. I have been struggling with the pain for too long thinking my feet were the problem but turns out I just needed these!

I took a chance with these. They give great support and has helped take away 98% of my pain in my heal from planters fasciitis. The only thing is, it added a different pain, being in my ankle (it’s not a horrible pain, but enough to know it’s there). I’ve been wearing them everyday, I work 12 hour shifts on my feet. I have almost zero heal pain, which is definitely a relief. When I take them off, it’s back to instant heal pain. They also feel odd, almost as if they don’t fit? But I think the design is to keep your the center of your heal at a slight hover? Not completely sure. It’s one of those things that you’ll have to take a chance on I guess. Some didn’t like them, some do. I do, and I’m glad I bought them.
