Got a smart doorbell that didn't like the voltage of my current transformer so picked up this one. The instructions made it pretty easy to figure out which terminals to use for the desired voltage after installing. The doorbell has run perfectly on this transformer.

Used for gen 1 ring door bell. Had to use the 24v connection. Only complaint is the instructions are not helpful. Had to use the wiring diagram on Amazon pictures instead of the pamphlet.

I used this product when I installed my ring doorbell cameras on the front and back door. The one that was there couldn’t power both of them. This one works great. I highly recommend it.

Electrician came to install 2/7, and transformer was defective. Did not work. Of coarse it’s past my window to return. Return window is 30 days. So part will be trashed.

Instructions do not agree with transformer wiring.Terminals poorly marked - look close with good light.

Replaced 30 year old 16V 10VA transformer that would not provide enough power for wired bling doorbell system with HQRP Tri-volt connected to the 16V 30VA terminals. Now wired doorbell system is working fine. Couldn’t be happier, 5 stars.

Replaced an underpowered 1970s-era doorbell transformer to meet power needs of a modernized video doorbell. Nice thing about this one is the selectable voltage. Installing is a snap, just two wires and a ground.My doorbell transformer was mounted on a junction box faceplate with a hole in the middle, so this was perfect and replaced the original equipment without issue.
