too small for a slab of ribs, otherwise OK
I bought it to marinate slabs of ribs, but it won't hold a big slab of baby backs, or St Louis style spareribs, even it you cut them into sections. Too shallow. It is the right size for a small london broil or other small roast cuts. Serves the purpose pretty well for smaller cuts of meat so is an improvement over a ziploc bag. Haven't tried it yet for grilled or roasted veggies...but think it's appropriate. I used a perforated wok style grilling basket that always wobbled around, this likely will be an improvement.

Nice size and very usable. Insulated carrying bag is strong and has extra storage plus heat/cold pack.

Makes marinating and bbqing veggies easy
We have used this to marinate shrimp, veggies and then place on grill. Also great for proofing pizza dough. Glad I purchased this.

I got this for my dad when he purchased a new grill
My dad loves to marinate his meats.....(insert side eye). This is a great way to do it without using plastic bags or whatever. He loves it and has used it several times already. I'd buy this again, no issues so far.
