It was hard to pick a neck fan from all the choices but one of the baseball moms had this one and was happy with it so I orderedVery happy with it but a caution- the first time I used it it didn’t last long( never had that problem again- works for hours) I think I might not have shut it off between uses

The battery life could be better. The noise is minimal. The product itself is so light you forget it's there. The drain on the battery life is the AWESOME cold bar on the back of the neck. Only down falls. The vent to keep it from overheating is at the back of your neck too. It catches your hair if it's not pulled up tight. NO YOU CAN'T SLEEP WITH IT. This was the most asked question I got. WOMEN looking for relief from night sweats.

I really like this fan. It isn’t an air conditioner but it does keep you cool on hot days. My only dislike is that it is right by your ears so it is hard to hear a low voice or noise over the fan.

Its easy to use works great, using it you hardly know you have it on.which the operating botton was closer to the frontthe instruction you recieve need to be a little more explanatory when it comes to the lights and charging process.

It doesn't work in hot weather either.I bought 2 different kinds thinking because I didn't get the one with the metal cooling piece it would make a difference.

This is the first time trying a cooling neckfan and the $50 gamble has been amazing! We go to Walt Disney World 2 or 3 days a week, and this summer is HOT! This has allowed us to go on days we would NEVER try, especially since this is our first summer in Florida. The other feature is you can use it while plugged in. This sounds small, but you can run it on high forever if you have enough USB charging blocks.The only negative is that one of the flexing sections tore, so I put white tape on it.

This is the third neck fan that I have purchased, and this is by far the best. The ones I used in the past did not have the vents for the back of your neck. That is where you need them the most! My handy man uses this brand in the crazy hot weather in Florida. When I was not happy with other neck fans I asked my handy man about the brand he used. I returned the others and kept this one.

It gets hot behind my neck.
