Is this product good for breakage hair and thin hair trying to get it back thicker

LivSo may be helpful for reducing work of styling while detangling. This will help decrease the chance of hair breakage while shampooing and conditioning. We do have studies about the safety and efficacy of our product for dry scalp and improvement of itching. In general, we feel that a healthy scalp will promote healthier hair, however we do not have data about how LivSo impacts hair thickness directly. Thank you very much for your question! I hope this helps you.
