I used this every day for a year in Africa. It worked perfectly even with frequent power outages in the city. Having electricity go on and off about 30X daily can cause havoc on any electrical device over time but this never failed me. All the outlets on this device worked and the travel bag was great to store all the adaptors, wire, and device itself. I gave it to my family members for traveling overseas too. Very easy to use and versatile. Very highly recommended.

the pros: - it does what it says it does. I am able to use my US charging cables and adapters and connect it to EU power outlets and they work as expected. - it does not get noticeably warm or spark. - I really like the on-off switch, I use it every time I am not around to monitor it. - I also like the bag it comes with to keep the pieces together, it is easy to travel with - I like the usb port for charging my headphones - I like that it has two outlets. - although we have only used the EU prong, it has many types that will come in handy on other trips. The cons: - it cannot fit two iPhone fast charger adaptors. I had specifically been excited about the two outlets so my husband and I could both charge our phones while we slept on vacation. Instead one of us charges while getting ready for bed and the other overnight. - it feels a little bulky compared to other travel adaptors I’ve had in the past, but I may be misremembering. - it is made of a cheap plastic and I do not know how long it will last or if it is likely to get damaged in a soft case suitcase. Overall, I’d recommend buying this adaptor converter because it’s affordable, does not make me fear for heat or fire risk, and works exactly as claimed. I do think people should be aware you cannot fit two fast charging adapters onto the socket at the same time.

I bought 2 so far. They were dependable. The first one died on the last day of our 6 week trip to Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and Iceland. The second one worked 3 months straight going to Iceland, Scotland, Ireland, England, Portugal, Spain, France, Monaco,Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland, Italy, The Greek Islands of Santorini and Crete. United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Japan. If I can afford to travel again I will buy another one as a spare in case my second one dies being that the first one died after almost 6 weeks of travel use.
