Shipping was fast, it was packed very well inside the box but then when I took it out It was smaller then I thought, then it wont close right when you try to connect the latch to the shopping cart, I had to look up the instructions to put the back wheels on because they didn’t come with the cart.

We received the item mostly put together. We also received a small plastic bag of screws, springs and washers. There were no directions to explain how to put it together. I don't mind putting it together, but directions are a must.

There were no assembly instructions, and the cart does not fold flat. I will keep it, because I need it, but I’m a little disappointed in it.
