Great product for the price. As others have said, give it a week or so for the birds to learn about it. I purchased the Natures Hangout version for my mother and this one for a friend since it was a little cheaper. This was very similar to the Natures Hangout version but I feel it was of a little less quality when holding the two side by side and looking at the construction. With that said, I am not sure if the construction difference would matter much as the feeder only sticks to a window and has light objects land on it. If it were being subjected to a beating, it may be a different story. The feeder brings in the smaller birds as well as cardinals.Good product and very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this birdfeeder in December as a present for my cats, the two most avid birdwatchers in my life. We put some sunflower seeds in the feeder and watched birds come in to eat. One night a flying squirrel came to dine! It was great and the feeder stood up to all the visitors.A human error later that Winter resulted in the birdfeeder crashing onto our patio and breaking in two. I contacted the seller (CJean Enterprises) to take advantage of the lifetime warrantee. They were prompt in responding and sent me a replacement birdfeeder right away. We are back to the house being full of chatters when the birds come to visit. I am very pleased with the product and would purchase from this seller again.

*EDIT*I was very pleased with this product until I came home one day to find it had fallen from the window and broken. I contacted the seller twice to request a replacement , both times with no response after several days. The product is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee, which was a deciding factor to my purchase, but the guarantee is a fraud. DO NOT BUY THIS!*original*This was easy to install, just suctions to the window. The tray removes easily for filling seed and water. The acrylic sides make it easy to see inside the bird feeder. It arrived quickly and in good condition. No birds yet, but we're keeping our eyes peeled!

Excellent service and product. It stuck right away and the birds really like it. My only issues are I thought it had holes in all 3 slots, but it is just the two on the ends so I have to remove the whole thing to clean out the middle. It is easy to remove and clean. I just wanted holes all the way across so I didn't have to wash it out as often. It would be awesome if it came with a scoop for filling. Overall, it is good and I would definitely buy again.UPDATE during a storm this fell off and broke. When I contacted them for replacement I did not even get a response. I liked it a lot so I bought another, but it was cracked when I received it and I had to return it. It was wonderful while it lasted, but weather makes it a risky purchase. Obviously it can only handle mild weather.

I bought this bird feeder for my son who wanted to watch the birds at his window. He opened it for Christmas and I immediately noticed a couple small cracks in the plastic. Only a quarter on an inch long and they are not in any way concerning. What is concerning is that one of the suction cups was crimped. So it will no stick to any glass surface, I've tried to use a blowdryer to see if that would help with the crimp but it did nothing. I've sent two emails asking for another suction cup to the email address I found on that flock to me website but I've not heard anything back. I do understand it's the holidays so I ask just hoping that is what's causing that delayed response. If I hear back from them and they replace the suction cup I'll revise my review.UPDATEI was contacted by Cassie who advised she would refund my money or send a new feeder. Great customer service and I'm now a very satisfied customer. Changing my review, thanks Cassie!

Would never stick to window glass. Setting on ground, but birds don't usually go to the ground.

My family is enjoying this product very much. Product itself seems to be fragile but with the life time warranty I feel covered. Our inner tray had a crack from birds pecking on it but the seller sent a new one as soon as I asked about the life time warranty. The outter frame of replacement product was cracked when I received it but I only needed the inner tray so it worked out for me. The product has gone through windy, rainy and dry/hot weather but it hasn't fallen off the window yet. I also like how there is inner tray so I won't have to worry about taking it off of the window to refil the bird feed. Whether birds are coming or not is a matter of what kind of bird feed you get and so far I had 2 types of birds coming and they like nuts but no grains. fruitty feeds can get molded if you buy from Amazon so try to get them instore.
