HJC Shield HJ-17 Smoke visor IS-MAX, IS-MAX BT, CL-MAX2, SY-MAX3

While it fits perfectly(only reason this isn't a 1-star review), and I decided I might actually use the fittings for the visor insert I could buy for it, the fact that the inner-visor insert mounts were NOT in the ONE picture on this item's page means that what I got did NOT match the item's description and so I CANNOT recommend this seller/item to anyone. The internet makes these things SOOooo dang simple. You post an item with pictures OF THE F***ING ITEM and then when someone orders it, you send the item in the F***ING picture!! DUH?! How do you F*** that up?!

I've been riding motorcycles for 41 years now, and I love the new faceshields. Being able to take them off and put them on in seconds without any tools makes it very easy to keep them clean, and the new finishes seem to be very scratch-resistant. It makes me smile to think of the soft scratch-magnet plastics ones we used to have, attached with cheap plastic screws that backed themselves out at least once a week. Being able to get the new ones in just the right color and depth of shade to suit your preference is just icing on the cake.

Fits the CL-Max2 perfectly. Nice look with the matte black. I'd recommend getting the pinlock version though if you ride when it's cool outside. Great replacement for my clear visor. Love that it's SPF

Fit my CL-Max2 perfectly. I wish I had smoked out my visor earlier. Makes riding in the afternoon an absolute joy now. No need for sunglasses anymore. .
