LG AGU73530705 Genuine OEM Front Plate Assembly for LG Refrigerators

I wasn’t sure if this was something I needed to call a repairman for or if I needed to try to tackle this myself. Let me first say, don’t EVER call the S-E-A-R-S repair line. They are only interested in selling you the whole home repair service. They make the repairs so expensive it’s within your best interest to sign up. Second, if you didn’t already know, Kenmore is LG with a higher price tag and sticker. Seriously, it’s the same brand so save yourself some money and buy LG and LG parts if that’s the direction you are headed. On to this part. This was the easiest repair to research, find the part and fix. I used YouTube because I didn’t understand what I was dealing with but honestly, it’s two screws, slide the broken part up, disconnect the 6 prong wire and reverse with the new part. The shipping took a little longer but with the Corona Virus I’m not mad at the seller for that. I have no idea what kind of situation they are dealing with and I’m so happy they were able to get me the part for that price. I could’ve went with another seller on the web but would’ve PAID massive for shipping and I could wait since the broken piece was an inconvenience of having to make sure it was straight when I closed the door. The part was package perfectly, it didn’t sustain any damages in route. It took me a while 3 mins to get the old piece off and put the new one on.

The product image on the site did not show the color, this piece has two colors, white and the desired external color of the refrigerator. The picture only showed the white part and did not give the external color info nor the choice to select your color. My refrigerator externally is stainless steel and I received a black one. Well, I needed it and I did not wanted to wait for an exchange, so I installed it. Installation is a breeze. Product was delivered on time and packaging was good to protect product from damage. If it breaks again. I would have to buy again.. there is no way of fixing the plastic holding the spring

The top of bar would not connect with door catch inside top of fridge. Had to lower door catch using spacers....Original bar in door was never connected to wires....wires just hanging there.. purchasex new...LG is junk.

I was hoping to replace the bottom spring on my old mullion, but it was broken off inside, and I had to replace the entire mullion. This one was less expensive than purchasing from other sites I checked. It didn't take long to replace. There were no instructions, but I found a YouTube video showing how to make the replacement. My old part was gray, and this part is white, but it's not really visible when the refrigerator is closed. I am pleased with the purchase.

The product fit perfectly. I’m very happy with it. Very easy to install. I spent more time looking for my screwdriver than it took to replace it. I’m very satisfied with the product and the company. I received it a day before I was supposed to.
