OH WOW
I bought this for my first gaming box in over a decade. Oh wow. Oh wow oh wow is it fast. The best game I have right now is Doom (2016) and this puppy cranks out 120FPS solid on absolute max settings at 1080p. And it does so at about 70 celsius, once I turn on vsync to keep it locked at my monitor's native 60FPS. It's also astonishingly quiet, only being audible at all within 5 feet of the computer while running at full throttle and with the sound muted. As soon as I turn on my actual speakers or headphones, I can't notice it at all. At one point, I turned on Guacamelee, which is an older 2D title. In my monitor's native 4k, it runs at 312FPS. When I dropped the resolution to 1080p on accident, it ran at a whopping 1662FPS. Yes folks, that's not a typo. This thing absolutely destroys.

Great midrange Video card for Gaming
Originally I was looking for a gtx 1050 ti but picked up used unit for more performance. I know it was going to be perfect for what I was looking for since founder's edition were a bit pricey so I settled for this reference style blower card. does everything that a 1060 6gb does and it runs cool and quiet without an issues in my HTPC. Games run smooth 60fps on high and max settings on 1080p. fortnite runs great and several other games have no issues either. if you're going to settle for a 1050 ti i'd say pay a little extra for a 1060 3gb or 6gb because it just performs that much better.

Like it!
To start off with I upgraded from a GTX960 so my views will be based off that. I am loving the Asus 1060 Turbo and have to say the jump from my last card to this card has been amazing. I am getting around 60% better FPS on almost all games and on some close to 80% better FPS. I play a decent amount of Rainbow Six Siege and this card handles Very High at 70 FPS or more. I also like the look of the card, but wish it had a back plate like my 960. The backs not extremely ugly but a back plate would have been nice.

Love this card.
I upgraded from an old GTX 960 FTW (2gb). I have to say HUGE jump in performance. I OC my systems so I jumped right in on this bad boy. Extremely durable, great heat dispersion. I cant think of a single complaint as of yet. Please remember when ordering to request Amazon packaging.. I forgot and luckily I was home because it showed up with no brown box.. Giant GTX 1060 Box will be hard for a thief to pass up on..

not happy with the gaming performance at 1080p or 1440p
The card is fantastic. I've owned it for several months now. I primarily play rocket league, grim dawn, and factorio these days. I have always ran folding@home on my systems as well. Back when this thing was around $250 it was a great deal. Any more than that, it just isn't worth it. True sli is not an option (shame on you Nvidia), which is why I knocked one star off. The other star off is because I found the performance to be lacking. I upgraded from what I thought was a failing 290x (turned out to just be a heatsink issue and downclocking), and the performance gain was minimal. That being said, I had been gaming @ 1080p 144hz for a while (non-gsync) with the 290x primarily on rocket league. I was averaging 100-144fps with micro-stutter issues becoming more and more frequent. When I "upgraded" to this 1060, the fps was marginally better (105-144fps), but I was getting worse micro-stutters. Since I now had an Nvidia card, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a 2k gsync monitor, and sure enough that fixed my micro-stutter issues, but the card struggled to get 120+ fps dropping as low as 65fps @ 2k. That may not sound like a big deal, but at the professional level I play at in rocket league, it makes a huge difference. I lowered it back to 1080p until I figured out what I wanted to do. Ultimately, I decided to keep my gsync monitor and bought a 1080 8gb card and it has been fine since. Disappointed and dissatisfied, I seriously thought about selling my 1060, but decided to throw it in my server as a dedicated folding@home card. In windows it was averaging 368k ppd, and with Linux mint it's getting 452k ppd. Overall I'm happy with the folding@home performance, but not happy with the gaming performance at 1080p or 1440p

Fantastic card!
WOW. I chose this card to replace an aging Radeon card. It works perfectly with an older ASUS MA597 MB. Installation was easy (I have a big tower case -- this is a long card) and after updating to the latest drivers this card rampages! I use it primarily to do renders with DAZ Studio, and it excels at that. Renders that took hours with my CPU now take ten minutes. I'm sure the card would work extremely well with games, too.

It blowed up my mother board :(
I dont know what happened my computer had a higher wattage gtx 460 and 2 hard drives and have run years without problems, but after installing this card the computer tried to boot up and shut down and restarted constantly, somehow it shorted circuited the mother board and the power source too..now I cant use my pc...I tried to use the graphic card in another computer and it started to reboot constantly too, so I took it out before it killed too....I have ordered a replacement and its on his way,but I had to pay 65 dollars for the internationall shipping to return the card because I live in Mexico...will try it in a older slower pc while I save to buy a new motherboard...will update to see if the replacement works okay
