I highly recommend this product. I am an adult taking figure skating lessons and needed these for protection from falls. I was previously using the ones with foam padding. While they were okay, the gel pads in these have more "give" if they hit the ice. Also, I love the fact that they are supportive, but not constrictive and allow more flexibility to bend my knees. If you are seeking a high support for your knees, then I recommend ordering down in size or seeking out a more supportive option. I ordered a size M.

They work well as a knee brace too if you're knee is bothering you. The cushion is excellent for floor work. It rolls around with your knee very well. I'm much happier with this gel style compared to the foam ones I was using up until now.

20-somthing adult using these for ice skating. They are fantastic!They:-are low profile and stay in place underneath leggings,-provide mild knee support,-stretch with ice skating movement,-are soft and cushioned with gel.I love that they are gel pads and not foam. Foam flattens out quickly. These gel pads seem to be very resilient. Been skating with them for a couple months. Love them so far!

As an adult skater, the gel pad part is kind of small for my knee cap, so I still get bruises on the side of my knees sometimes. But it's flexible and convenient to put on, not restrictive to my movement (compared with the hard plastic ones), and can stay under my leggings in a good shape without looking too bulky. Stays in place, protects from knee pain while kneeling, and not too tight (no marks on skin from being too tight).

The size isn't terrible. There's plenty of stretch to fit around larger thighs, but they do not stay in place very well. They constantly rolled up despite being larger size and having that little band of silicone to stop it. The squishy bit in the middle was comfortable against the skin and good for kneeling down a few times. But if you were to twist on your knee or use it to dance, the squishy stuff inside the pad of the knee pad squishes through the fabric and ruins the purpose of the knee pad. It becomes flat and weirdly sticky.

If you work on your knees like I do cleaning houses these are a must have. I wear them all day long and don't have to pull them up. I was getting knee injuries and these are a game changer. I highly recommend them!!!!!!

These knee pads are really well made and designed to protect the knees from bruising while doing ice skating. My kid loved them so much and feels confident during his skating practice. They are a little pricey but worth the money!

The knee pads was for my 8 years old daughter. Her knees bruise very easy when she falls on the ice. The gel pad itself looks larger than the description photos. It works really well.

Completely different products.What you see and what you receive are poles apart. On the app it says Skating Spirit but you'll receive 2 Samson Orthopaedics knee cushions. Both the knee support are different in lengths and at the hem area. There is no mention of Skating Spirit company. Samson is an Indore based company. I returned it.

They are thinner than expected but work well. They began to pill very quickly.
